What i really love about ooni and oven depot is their superior customer service%21 Their response time is always fast and accurate. They don’t delay their clients and their products are high quality%21 I have 2 ooni koda’s and 1 karu and i love every single one of them%21
So far, I have have used the Ooni Karu 12 with LPG and it works fine. After a full flame of 30 minutes or so, the pizza stone reached 400 to 450 degrees Celsius and my pizza cooked (with the classic leopard skin) in a couple of minutes. Outstanding!

I had several major problems w the K16 and oven depot helped to get Ooni to replace the entire oven rather just the big parts. Really good customer service to quickly address what can be a stressful process for an expensive item. Anyway thanks very much. Doing review of my free will. Highly recommend the store.
Karu 16 - this is an excellent oven. IMHO it's worth the premium over the Karu 12 which I also have in different location. Both are very competent, much easier to use than our brick oven which uses 10kg of wood to heat up. Super easy to use with gas. K16 gets hotter and the cycle time if cooking multiple pizzas is shorter. Bottom crusts are better if one cares (but if you are buying a pizza oven you probably do). We use both extensively not just for pizza - gambas, clams w parsley and cream, best for burgers and toasting burger buns, porkchops, spatchcock whole chickens, fish, roasting vegetables etc. For steak doable but needs care and not the best tool. However, much neater than using your oven broiler. Bread thicker than an inch doable but use something else. Peace to all :)
Easy to use, Fast cooking of pizza
Tried my Ooni Karu using its gas attachment. Igniting this took a while but in the end, worked out well.
