I recently encountered an issue with my Ooni Koda 16. When I reported it to the Ooni team in the Philippines, I was surprised with how they responded to me. Their commitment to product quality and after sales service is phenomenal. Call it exceptional customer service, that’s what Ooni team is. Above all else, my pizza cooked from my Koda 16 is the best. By the way, I now have 3 Koda 16 ovens.
Somebody reply quickly to give me the correct tracking number on the website. But after about 20 days im still waiting my order, but I live in province so its probably normal, faster with lazada though

I have used several times. Had to fix ine issue with gasket leaking. I was aware of the issue prior to purchase. Easy fix ... Just apply high temperature foam gasket in addition to existing gasket on both lid and ash collector. Cost less than 1000 peso. Unit control of temperature is very good, efficient use of charcoal. However charcoal in Philippines is not consistent in combustion temperature, so some experiments are needed to see what works for each type of cook. A supply of high quality charcoal would fix this.

What i really love about ooni and oven depot is their superior customer service%21 Their response time is always fast and accurate. They don’t delay their clients and their products are high quality%21 I have 2 ooni koda’s and 1 karu and i love every single one of them%21
So far, I have have used the Ooni Karu 12 with LPG and it works fine. After a full flame of 30 minutes or so, the pizza stone reached 400 to 450 degrees Celsius and my pizza cooked (with the classic leopard skin) in a couple of minutes. Outstanding!
