Smoker good, OvenDepot sucks

Your company is horrible. Horrible at communication, horrible at fulfilling orders in the time promised, horrible at customer service, horrible at communicating. You charged us 12k php for delivery and the actual delivery charge was 6k as per the bill of lading from Capex. You have stolen 6k php from us. You're unethical, greedy and dishonest. I will NEVER purchase from your company again and I will encourage all of my friends to actively avoid doing business with you.
