Warranty 

We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni.     very good oven and great customer service

    I had several major problems w the K16 and oven depot helped to get Ooni to replace the entire oven rather just the big parts. Really good customer service to quickly address what can be a stressful process for an expensive item. Anyway thanks very much. Doing review of my free will. Highly recommend the store.

    Karu 16 - this is an excellent oven. IMHO it's worth the premium over the Karu 12 which I also have in different location. Both are very competent, much easier to use than our brick oven which uses 10kg of wood to heat up. Super easy to use with gas. K16 gets hotter and the cycle time if cooking multiple pizzas is shorter. Bottom crusts are better if one cares (but if you are buying a pizza oven you probably do). We use both extensively not just for pizza - gambas, clams w parsley and cream, best for burgers and toasting burger buns, porkchops, spatchcock whole chickens, fish, roasting vegetables etc. For steak doable but needs care and not the best tool. However, much neater than using your oven broiler. Bread thicker than an inch doable but use something else. Peace to all :)
