The dough for sale is our favorite 48-hour Neapolitan Pizza dough made with a poolish preferment and Caputo 00 flour. The dough handles really well and brings out the best taste. People love it. This Authentic Neapolitan dough is airy, chewy, and crispy all at the same time.

Neapolitan Dough is shipped separately from all other items. If you are ordering another item, please expect two delivery drop-offs. If you have chosen pick-up, the dough will be picked up in a separate location in Makati (details to be given after the order has been processed).
If not used within the day, the doughs must be kept FROZEN when received.
All items come with a free pizza dough guide, specially made for the Ooni oven. They last for 3 months frozen or 2 days in the fridge (to prevent from over-rising).
The dough tastes good however, there is need to pay more attention to detail.
1. The yeast was not distributed evenly. Some of them did not rise as much as the others.
2. There are no thawing instructions. It would save a lot of time if it was readily available. Cooking instructions would likewise be helpful. Surely you wouldn't want your dough to be the reason for any failure.
3. Extra flour packed separately would be a nice touch. So unless you brought extra, you are bound for a disaster. Sometimes these dough are cooked outside the home e.g. camping sites etc. That's another niche market for you.
Overall, the dough has plenty of potential and would definitely order again.
