Karu vs Koda ‣ The main difference between the Koda and Karu is the fuel source. Our Koda models are purely gas (LPG) powered. On the other hand, our Karu can use both wood/charcoal and gas, but do note that our gas burner must be purchased before you can use gas for this oven!

What accessories do I need? ‣ The ovens comes with a pizza baking stone already, however you will need to purchase a hose and regulator before you can get the oven started (we do not sell these, but they are readily available in hardware stores or home depots). We also highly recommend buying the pizza peel to help launch and turn your pizzas, and a cast iron pan if you'd like to try out other dishes in the oven apart from pizza.

Can I use indoors? ‣ Though some of our customers use the ovens indoors, we highly encourage our Ooni pizza ovens to be used outdoors for your safety. And as long as your building has no policy against the use of gas/wood/charcoal, it should be good!

Is this suitable for commercial use? ‣ Not all Ooni ovens are not designed for commercial use. However, we do have two ovens that are certified by EU for commercial use. These are the Koda 12 and Koda 16. You might want to check them out!

What is the Masterbuilt Gravity Series? ‣ The Masterbuilt Gravity Series is a line of outdoor grills that uses a unique charcoal feeding system to provide a consistent temperature and smoke flavor. These grills are designed to offer the convenience of a gas grill with the flavor of a charcoal grill, all in one package.

The charcoal feeding system in the Masterbuilt Gravity Series is what sets it apart from other grills. It uses a hopper that holds up to 10 pounds of charcoal, which is then fed into the grill as needed using a gravity-fed system. This allows for a more consistent temperature and smoke flavor throughout the cooking process, without the need for constant monitoring and adjusting.
