Brand Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects of marketing and brand building which includes, but is not limited to, conducting marketing research through data gathering of the target market, creating and implementing strategies that will help in brand awareness, equity and sales , and initiating campaigns that will lead to the Company achieving set objectives and goals.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the lead for marketing strategies which are rooted in the Company’s vision and mission in order to increase brand equity.
  • Provides recommendations using generated data from past marketing efforts and campaigns to best implement innovative strategies moving forward
  • Continuous development of the Company’s brand awareness and equity using marketing principles, creativity, and frameworks in order to improve brand positioning.
  • Spearheads the strict monitoring of targets, objectives and goals of the Company and its individual brands.
  • In charge of the overall alignment of all strategies, campaigns, and efforts of the marketing team.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduated with a degree in marketing, business or in any related field.
  • Exhibits the ability to keep updated with trends and is agile in problem solving.
  • 1-2 years worth of marketing experience in a company.
  • Excellent in interpersonal verbal communication and writing.
  • Experienced in using Google suite software (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Meets etc.)
  • Interest in food, cooking, and kitchen appliances is a plus!
  • Self starter and a great team player

Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: 

The role of digital marketing manager is responsible for managing the Company’s e-commerce platforms and advertisements through data gathering, data analysis and campaign participation. The position also requires constant development and reinforcement of the marketing team’s communication strategy in all e-commerce platforms.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Spearheads execution and implementation of marketing communication efforts and campaigns on all e-commerce platforms and advertisements.
  • Coordinates with the creatives team for social media content, store decorations for Lazada and Shopee, and website graphics.
  • Coordinates with relationship managers regarding business performance online, maintains prompt responses for customers and customer service, and updates presence in campaigns and events in selling platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
  • In charge of monitoring sales performance and sources of growth from online platforms such as the Company’s website, Lazada, and Shopee and recommending potential opportunities.
  • Serves as the point person in handling the ideation, implementation and analysis of advertisements on social media and search engines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduated with a degree in marketing, business or in any related field.
  • Preferably has experience working in an ecommerce company.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • Vast knowledge of Facebook/Instagram/Google ads, search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
  • Interest in food, cooking, and kitchen appliances is a plus!
  • Self starter and a great team player.

Fulfilment and Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:

The Fulfillment and Customer Service coordinator is responsible for the operations of the company involving deliveries, customer service, and warehouse management. The position involves close coordination with the warehouse team. The position requires prompt and efficient correspondence with customers regarding inquiries and concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the warehouse team regarding orders, returns, and repairs
  • Round-the-clock correspondence with customers regarding inquiries and concerns on the company’s social media pages as well as our customer service email.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduated with a degree in business, operations, or in any related field
  • Preferably has experience of working in a corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Well-versed in social media and communicating through social media
  • Well-versed in drafting and sending emails
