Thank you so much for replacing my Ooni with a brand new Ooni 16.

Horrible delivery service

Oven Depot booked a Lalamove to deliver my Kamado Joe II grill. They knew how heavy the item was but they did not make proper arrangements with Lalamove to endure that Lalamove could unload it and deliver it safely into my house. My househelpers almost got injured trying to help the lalamove people unload it. I had to call them to report the issue and whilst they can square off with Lalamove on their commitment to OvenDepot, all they offered me was a text apology. Zero considerstion for the risk and injury they exposed my househelpers to. For an item as expensive and premium as this, I expected that they would have either their own transportation arrangements or that you would closely supervise whomever thry engaged to do the delivery. To think I paid 3.5K in shipping and thru just booked a lalamove and let me deal with them directly until I called them. Unacceptable.

I have used several times. Had to fix ine issue with gasket leaking. I was aware of the issue prior to purchase. Easy fix ... Just apply high temperature foam gasket in addition to existing gasket on both lid and ash collector. Cost less than 1000 peso. Unit control of temperature is very good, efficient use of charcoal. However charcoal in Philippines is not consistent in combustion temperature, so some experiments are needed to see what works for each type of cook. A supply of high quality charcoal would fix this.
