Awesome Cooking , very inspiring...

Amazing Mixer

I have 2 other mixers which are KA and often recognized as being the best mixers on the market . Both of those mixers have served me well but they will always produce more friction and heat in the dough simply by their being of planetary design. I ended up buying the Ooni Halo Mixer which is a spiral mixer. I can not emphasize enough the quality of this machine. Fantastic craftsmanship, that can also perform many of the same tasks that I would have used a planetary mixer for.
You will not regret investing in a mixer of this quality. Nothing on the market comes close.

I recently encountered an issue with my Ooni Koda 16. When I reported it to the Ooni team in the Philippines, I was surprised with how they responded to me.
