At Oven Depot, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that are durable and reliable. In the unlikely event that your product requires repair, we offer the following repair policy:

Turnaround Time: All repairs take between 3-5 working days. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the repair required.

Purchased from Authorized Retailers: We only offer repair services for products that were purchased from our authorized retailers. This ensures that our customers receive genuine products that are backed by our warranty.

Warranty: All our products come with a limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your product is covered under warranty, the repair will be done at no cost to you. If the product is not covered under warranty, the repair cost will be communicated to you before the repair work begins.

Repair Charges: For repairs not covered under warranty, repair charges will be communicated to you before the repair work begins. The charges will include the cost of parts and labor required for the repair.

Shipping Charges: If you are sending your product in for repair, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from our repair center.

Back-up Units: We do not offer back-up units during the repair time. However, we will do our best to complete the repair within the given turnaround time.
