I purchased this item plus other stuff. There was a missing item and i immediately informed them. They responded and sent the missing item without extra costs. I must say the customer service is excellent.
The OONI KODI 16 is good for neopolitan style pizza (my preference).The result of pizza were soft,crunchy and chewey. Even the next day the pizza is still soft.
You need to learn how to control the flame. Always pay attention to the temperature otherwise the pizza will get burn.
I'm at the moment happy with the OONI KODA 16.
